Chef Paul comes to CCN with a very impressive resume and background in the culinary field. He graduated Cum Laude from the Johnson & Wales University's Culinary Arts program and Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant & Food Service Management. He went on to earn a Master's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Auburn University. Paul is a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation and he is a Certified Dietary Manager through the Association of Nutrition & Food Service Professionals. Along with his past experiences working as a Chef in the Club Industry for clubs including Quail West, Bonita Bay and Vasari, his most recent employment included an Executive Chef position with the Minnesota Twins Player Development Academy. Chef Paul lives with his wife Katherine and two children Julia and Noah in Naples.
