View Details »Russ grew up in Denver, NC and graduated from North Carolina State University, where he was a part of the Professional Golf Management Program. After receiving his PGA Class A membership in 2016, he accepted a seasonal Assistant Golf Professional position at The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club in Fishers, Indiana. Russ then joined CCN for two years as a seasonal Assistant Golf Professional before accepting a year-round position at Champion Hills Club in the mountains of Hendersonville, NC. Russ returned to Naples in 2020 and joined the pro staff at Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club before returning as a full time Assistant Golf Professional here at The Country Club of Naples.
While in college Russ completed internships across North Carolina. He has had the opportunity to work across the country at many great clubs and is very excited about bringing his knowledge and experiences back to The Country Club of Naples.
In his spare time, Russ enjoys competing in PGA section events, spending time with family & friends, and watching sports, especially his North Carolina teams.
